Initially hampered by the mindset and egos of the jewelry business in the city of Tampa, Florida and the jewelry industry as a whole, GOD permitted the inauguration of my decision to be a fine artist jeweler thirty-six years ago. I have always created only one of a kind works of fine art jewelry. Because of my college education in sculpture and Industrial Engineering, improves by my approach to the way my jewelry is designed and created. Not just because of my education, but my love for using what GOD has given me, by way of HIS ‘gifts’, to be a blessing to HIS people. Jewelry creation, at this stage in my life, shows with opportunity, how Great GOD is with my creations. Leave the ego at the door and Glorify Him! I have no regrets. Rest assure, there is nothing too great or to small from your special order.

Understanding The Concept In Content
Content has two forms, narrative content and form as content. Most of the time people buy what they like. Maybe they buy because it goes with their clothes or eyes. Sometime people buy because the way something looks. Understanding the content of a work of art provides more insight to the thought of its contribution to art. This gives value to the art. It is more than something that goes with a color, or a look.
Clarifying The Purpose

Creating works of fine art is not predicated on making money.  Art for Arts’ sake is common teaching for aspiring artist.  If one is committed and puts in the hard work, one might eventually learn to develop their style.  Making a mark in history becomes a goal for some dedicated artist.
For me, I have found GOD has always been in the mix of my art.  As I have received wisdom with age, I chose to make my Art serve GOD THE FATHER!  It has given me and my Art purpose in serving the TRUTH!!

Material Selection
Material selection begins with the understanding there will be no compromise creating the best. This mean only the finest materials. I do not buy premixed or alloyed gold. I start with pure 24 kart and alloy to my client’s choice of karat. With diamonds, I purchase flawless (the best diamonds available). The meaning of my jewelry and materials are both Excellent one in the same.
Drawing, Modeling, Refining and Redefining

Over the many years, I have pursued and redefined the Mark of Excellence Ring. When I first conceived the idea, computers were not used to create jewelry. Using my engineering education, I drew a blueprint and patented the “Mark of Excellence Ring” idea. Technology caught up with me and I now use very design intensive software to achieve exactly what is in my mind. With 3-D modeling, I can see every detail. Once the drawing is 3-D printed to precision, the casting in gold process begins. Everything from this point on is handmade. The art begins to talk back to me as I bring it to completion. The finish redefines the work as my next very best work of fine art.
